2024 Domaine Fourrier Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru "Combe Aux Moines", Burgundy, France Oddero this white is a blendSourced from southeastfacing limestoneclay soils in Fourriers home village, this Combe comes from old vine parcels farmed organically and handharvested. The fruit is partially wholecluster fermented with wild yeasts in open top vats, extracted gently, and matured 16 months in used French oak (virtually no new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the wine delivers Fourriers signaturesilky texture, salinetinged minerality, and poised structure, all wrapped
