From the Domaine:

We loved seeing them stateside since and watching their lineup grow and evolve

500 vines/hectare

An extended ripening period without disease pressure led to great flavor

2020 Domaine de Montille En Remilly Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, France Gaja with no batonnageVINIFICATION Fermented in demi muids. AGING Aged one year in demi muids, then aged another 5 months in stainless steel. PRODUCTION 8000 bottles NOTES A truly electric wine that balances the power and generosity that comes from the south facing exposition, with a salty minerality that is attributed to the shallow, rocky soils.
